SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/05/14 -- Zephyr Real Estate has announced its latest marketing support technology in the form of 1,200 comprehensive monthly market charts, which provide current real estate activity for San Francisco. Statistics are produced for each of the City's 89 neighborhoods, the 10 MLS-defined districts as well as overall citywide stats.
Tracked information includes active properties versus sold properties, average days on market, percentage of original asking price received at final sales price, average price per square foot, median sales price and number of active listings by month. All charts are furnished to agents in a variety of formats, including embedding in their own websites. The charts automatically refresh monthly as new market data becomes available.
The market charts are a logical complement to Zephyr's existing 75 market update videos which are also produced monthly and are available at http://marketvideos.zephyrsf.com or on Zephyr's YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/user/ZephyrRealEstate. Having these charts and videos easily available keeps the agents well informed and in top form to benefit clients. Zephyr has long been at the forefront of innovative marketing and technology as evidenced by its recent offerings of free mobile websites for agents as well as its award-winning company website.
"Most other brokerages are licensing their data from third parties, rather than drawing directly from the source, and few are in-turn making it readily and easily accessible to their agents," commented Melody Foster, Director of Marketing and Web Development at Zephyr who headed the project. "Equipping our agents with the latest and best tools and technologies is critically important to us."

Much of the value of DevOps comes from a (renewed) focus on measurement, sharing, and continuous feedback loops. In increasingly complex DevOps workflows and environments, and especially in larger, regulated, or more crystallized organizations, these core concepts become even more critical. In his session at @DevOpsSummit at 18th Cloud Expo, Andi Mann, Chief Technology Advocate at Splunk, showed how, by focusing on 'metrics that matter,' you can provide objective, transparent, and meaningful f...

"We build IoT infrastructure products - when you have to integrate different devices, different systems and cloud you have to build an application to do that but we eliminate the need to build an application. Our products can integrate any device, any system, any cloud regardless of protocol," explained Peter Jung, Chief Product Officer at Pulzze Systems, in this SYS-CON.tv interview at @ThingsExpo, held November 1-3, 2016, at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, CA.

As data explodes in quantity, importance and from new sources, the need for managing and protecting data residing across physical, virtual, and cloud environments grow with it. Managing data includes protecting it, indexing and classifying it for true, long-term management, compliance and E-Discovery. Commvault can ensure this with a single pane of glass solution – whether in a private cloud, a Service Provider delivered public cloud or a hybrid cloud environment – across the heterogeneous enter...

Without a clear strategy for cost control and an architecture designed with cloud services in mind, costs and operational performance can quickly get out of control. To avoid multiple architectural redesigns requires extensive thought and planning.
