Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza Announces Grand Opening of First Ohio Location

Free Pizzas for Blaze Pizza Fans on Saturday, May 10 at the New Mason, OH Restaurant

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/05/14 -- Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza today announced that it will open its first Ohio location in Mason on Friday, May 9. To celebrate the grand opening, the new Mason Blaze Pizza will offer FREE build-your-own artisanal pizzas to anyone who follows Blaze Pizza on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook on Saturday, May 10, from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. The 90+ seat fast-casual restaurant is located at 9341 South Mason Montgomery Road (just south of the Deerfield Towne Center).

Blaze Pizza uses an interactive ordering format that allows guests to create their own custom artisanal pizzas at lightning fast speed -- each for just $6.95. The generously sized 11" personal pizzas are then sent to a blazing hot open-flame oven -- the centerpiece of the restaurant -- where dedicated pizzasmiths ensure that the thin-crust pies are "fast-fire'd" in less than 180 seconds. Each restaurant makes its own dough from scratch using a recipe that requires a 24-hour fermentation period to produce its signature light-as-air, crisp crust. Blaze Pizza's menu also features signature salads, fresh lemonades, and house-made S'more Pies. For pizza fans with specific dietary needs, Blaze Pizza offers gluten-free dough and vegan cheese. The restaurant also offers online ordering.

"Ohioans love pizza, but they really don't have a good way to enjoy a quality pie without the wait," said Brad Kent, Executive Chef of Blaze Pizza. "Blaze Pizza is all about letting folks enjoy custom-built artisanal pizzas at crazy fast speed. It's a concept I'm thrilled to lend my expertise to."

Blaze Pizza is being developed in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana by Blaze Midwest, a franchise group operating under the umbrella of Northland Investments. Blaze Midwest currently operates Blaze Pizzas in metro-Detroit (Novi and Royal Oak) and Indianapolis.

Cell networks have the advantage of long-range communications, reaching an estimated 90% of the world.
