PHILADELPHIA, PA --(Marketwired - May 06, 2014) - American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education (ALI CLE) is pleased to announce its upcoming program, Product Distribution and Marketing: Legal Issues in a Global Economy that will take place June 18 - 20, 2014 in Chicago, IL. This program is chaired by Andre R. Jaglom of Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP in New York.
The unprecedented prevalence of e-commerce, consolidations at all levels of distribution chains, and novel forms of relationships between suppliers and distributors is enough to keep any attorney on their toes. American Law Institute CLE's unique, multidisciplinary program is the only national course providing comprehensive coverage of the myriad crucial issues faced by distribution counsel in today's economy.
Led by seasoned practitioners, comprising corporate and in-house counsel as well as current and former representatives of the Federal Trade Commission, National Association of Attorneys General Antitrust Task Force, and state antitrust agencies, this advanced program will instruct practitioners as to the key issues that they are likely to encounter.
Attendees receive substantial, substantive reference materials that include detailed legal analyses, as well as sample forms, checklists, and agreements. With limited on-site attendance, registrants will have plenty of opportunities to get their questions answered and network with one another.
Planning Chair and instructor Drew Jaglom notes, "The lawyer counseling clients on distribution of goods and services needs to address a multitude of legal areas. This program is the only one I know of that takes a multi-disciplinary approach covering all of these areas and arms the distribution counselor with the legal knowledge and the practical toolkit needed to counsel distribution clients effectively."
