VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/07/14 -- Moimstone Corporation ("Moimstone") (TSX VENTURE: MSE) is pleased to announce that Global Integrated Solutions Ltd. have placed their first purchase order for 12,000 units of Moimstone's Liberty and Dexter series digital phones valued at over $1,000,000.
The Liberty series includes Moimstone's newly launched Wi-Fi phones while the Dexter series includes Moimstone's IP desk phones. Global Integrated Solutions will sell the Dexter series digital phones, primarily for the enterprise market, while the Liberty series digital phones will be packaged with a service plan and sold through a major retail chain by Dot Communications Ltd., a division of Global Integrated Solutions.
The partnership between Moimstone, Global Integrated Solutions and Dot Communications is committed to bringing the benefits of Wi-Fi and VoIP enabled communication devices to the North American market with products that have already been deployed and accepted in international markets. Moimstone's Liberty series digital phones were launched in Asia earlier this year and have been extremely well received. Furthermore, Moimstone has already sold nearly three million IP phones from its Dexter product line in markets outside of North America.
"We are very pleased to receive this order from Global Integrated Solutions. We are especially excited about their strategic launch of our Wi-Fi platform for a new service. This validates our vision of future residential and business communication," stated Rob Bakshi, CEO of Moimstone. "I'd like to congratulate Dot Communications' team for their hard work in developing a brand new business model for distribution and service of our technology. We are working hard to meet their launch targets this summer."
"We are pleased with the initial interest from our distribution and retail partners," added Trevor Edmundson, CEO of Dot Communications. "Although this is a controlled and localized launch, we anticipate positive results leading to aggressive growth across Canada and the United Sates."

In his session at 20th Cloud Expo, Chris Wolf, VP & Chief Technology Officer, Global Field & Industry at VMware, will discuss how successful organizations approach cloud operations and management, with insights into where operations should be centralized and when it’s best to decentraliz...
