CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/08/14 -- The following matter was voted upon at the Annual Meeting of Share Owners of Canadian Utilities Limited (the "Corporation") held on May 7, 2014 in Edmonton, Alberta. This matter is described in greater detail in the 2014 Notice of Annual Meeting of Share Owners and Management Proxy Circular dated March 11, 2014.
By resolution passed by ballot, each of the following 15 nominees proposed by management was elected by greater than 99% of the votes cast as a Director of the Corporation to hold office until the next annual meeting of share owners of the Corporation or until their successors are elected or appointed.

By a resolution passed via a show of hands, PricewaterhouseCoopersLLP, Chartered Accountants, were re-appointed as auditors of the Corporation to hold office until the next annual meeting of share owners.
