INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- (Marketwired) -- 05/12/14 -- AOTMP today announced the launch of its highly anticipated Telecom Vendor Satisfaction Ratings submission period.
Executive leadership, telecom operations and finance professionals knowledgeable with their fixed and mobile telecom management programs will contribute valuable benchmark data regarding satisfaction levels with their vendors. The scope of enterprise participants for this benchmark study includes Fortune 1000 Enterprises, Forbes America's Largest Private Companies, 1000 mid-market enterprises (between $50M and $1B in annual revenue) as well as government and public sector organizations.
The validated and analyzed data will be published as an abstract in August by AOTMP, an unbiased third party and enterprise advocate. The resulting Telecom Vendor Satisfaction Ratings will help enterprise decision-makers seeking to purchase new telecom services; as access to first-hand peer feedback serves as an invaluable resource. Telecom professionals through C-Suite executives are encouraged to participate in the survey through July 31 at aotmp.com/survey.
Enterprises can evaluate their telecom vendors in the following five vendor categories:
