Professional Services Leader and Employee Benefits Expert Julie Devine to Head Client Services at Maxwell Health

Devine's Experience Managing and Scaling Teams Will Help Maxwell Effectively Respond to Strong Market Demand

BOSTON, MA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/12/14 -- Maxwell Health ("Maxwell"), an operating system for employee benefits that aims to transform health care in America, today announced Julie Devine joins the team as VP, Client Services. Devine has spent her career in benefits administration and professional services, starting in human resources and moving into benefits, eventually becoming VP, Professional Services at an industry leader in benefits plan management and health care compliance. At Maxwell, Devine will manage and scale the service and support teams as the company continues its rapid growth, ensuring a consistently positive experience for our broker partners and their clients.

Prior to joining Maxwell, Devine spent eight years at HighRoads, serving early on as a manager/director and ultimately joining the executive team as VP, Professional Services. In that role, she managed the delivery and operational team for the employer business. Before HighRoads, Devine was a Health and Welfare Consultant at Marsh EBS, part of Mercer Human Resource Consulting, and prior to that, a Human Resources Generalist/Benefits Manager there.
