SAN JOSE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/14/14 -- Bridge Capital Holdings (NASDAQ: BBNK), whose subsidiary is Bridge Bank, a full-service professional business bank headquartered in Silicon Valley and with offices located nationwide, announced today that Ken Rosenberg has joined its International Banking Division as senior vice president and group manager.
Mr. Rosenberg will be responsible for managing and growing Bridge Bank's International Banking Group, the services of which include foreign exchange and currency hedging, letters of credit and export/import working capital lines of credit.
Ken brings over 30 years of experience in international banking and trade finance to Bridge Bank, including having founded and held executive-level positions at several international banking and trade finance firms. He has conducted business in over 35 countries, and has worked across a broad range of industries including technology, clean energy, and logistics. Additionally, Ken has extensive experience in the creation and delivery of international financial products and services, having developed the concept of using trading company techniques to finance international trade transactions. Most recently, Mr. Rosenberg was vice president of Trade Services at Wells Fargo and was also founder and chief operating officer of Lightning Trade Group, LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in structuring innovative supply chain financing.
