NIMBOXX, makers of the atomic unit of the software-defined data center, today announced it has been selected as one of seven finalists for the Gigaom Structure Launchpad, a startup competition for innovative technologies in cloud computing, internet infrastructure and big data. Nearly 60 entries were considered for selection.
The annual Gigaom Structure event will be held June 18-19 in San Francisco. Structure is Gigaom’s flagship conference that focuses on the future of cloud computing and Internet infrastructure. For the past eight years, it has gathered the most influential speakers, buyers and vendors for two days of discussion, reporting and debate.
“This is a great honor to be recognized by an organization like Gigaom,” said Rocky Bullock, chief executive officer of NIMBOXX. “Our pilot customers have validated the pent-up demand for this technology, and the Gigaom selection is just further proof of the market interest in our vision.”
