ST. LOUIS, MO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/14/14 -- Panera Bread Company (NASDAQ: PNRA) today announced that Ron Shaich, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Roger Matthews, Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will present at the Company's 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on June 5, 2014 at 10:30 a.m., Central Daylight Savings Time. The meeting will be held at Panera Bread Headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri.
Mr. Shaich will kick-off the presentation with introductory remarks. Mr. Shaich and Mr. Matthews will then review the Company's recent operational and financial performance, the strategic initiatives underway and the Company's fiscal 2014 outlook. Management will be available at the conclusion of the meeting to answer questions from the Company's stockholders.
The management presentation will be broadcast on the Internet beginning at 10:30 a.m., Central Daylight Savings Time, on Thursday, June 5, 2014.
