HostGator Launches Offerings in Russia and China

HostGator, a leading provider of cloud technology web presence solutions for small business owners, today took another step towards becoming one of the world’s most recognized and preferred hosting brands, launching HostGator China and HostGator Russia.

The new, localized, in-language offerings are in addition to HostGator’s already established operations in India, Brazil, and the United States.

HostGator’s General Manager, Adam Farrar, said customers who choose HostGator China or HostGator Russia can expect an integrated, in-language experience with a localized control panel and in-language service and support, as well as competitive pricing and promotions offered in the local currency.

“Our sites in India and the United States were already receiving a steady flow of traffic, including from business owners and entrepreneurs in China and Russia, so extending our platform, service, and support to these markets made sense,” said Farrar. “While we have developed these offerings specifically for these emerging markets, they will be underpinned by the Gator ethos of customer service and support.”

HostGator is the second brand from parent company Endurance International Group (NASDAQ:EIGI) to enter the growing Chinese market and is Endurance’s first brand to enter Russia.

Hari Ravichandran, CEO of Endurance, said the company’s global strategy is about making a compelling, in-language offering with the intent of replicating the success of HostGator around the world. “We are excited to extend the HostGator brand into key growth markets like Russia and China.”

“We have successfully established HostGator offerings in India and Brazil over the last few years, and now is the time to continue this international expansion as we work to deliver our solutions to individuals and small business owners wherever they are in the world,” he said.

These new offerings are available at http://cn.hostgator.com and http://ru.hostgator.com

DevOps is being widely accepted (if not fully adopted) as essential in enterprise IT. But as Enterprise DevOps gains maturity, expands scope, and increases velocity, the need for data-driven decisions across teams becomes more acute. DevOps teams in any modern business must wrangle the ‘digital exhaust’ from the delivery toolchain, "pervasive" and "cognitive" computing, APIs and services, mobile devices and applications, the Internet of Things, and now even blockchain.
