TIBURON, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/16/14 -- Privileged World Travel Club, Inc. (OTCBB: PVCL) management announced today that it has signed a binding letter of intent with PSV Equity Capital firm of Stuttgart. The agreement is based on the following services to be immediately fulfilled by PSV Equity Capital:
1. Provide Access to European Banks that can provide the Company a Credit Line Facility.
2. Invest in the Company 3 Million Euro in the form of Equity Financing.
3. Help the Company to file Dual listings on the Stuttgart - Germany, and Stockholm - Sweden, Stock Exchanges in addition to the OTC Market in the United States.
The above mentioned agreement will allow Privileged to start implementing its business plan and launching the very lucrative profit generating projects, right away.
Additional information on the Privileged specific projects will be released to the shareholders at a later date.
