With a Great First Quarter Superior Management Solutions Continues to Expand

SAINT PAUL, MN -- (Marketwired) -- 05/16/14 -- While 2014 has found many US companies still downsizing as they struggle to succeed against the pressures of today's economy, Superior Management Solutions, Inc. has found a way to not only survive the wild of the business jungle, but instead to flourish into a triumphant business that shows no signs of impeded growth.

With unemployment averaging 6.7% across the nation for 2014, it is a wonder that Superior Management Solutions, Inc. is continuing to grow at such a promising rate. With recent expansion into more retailers and a larger territory, business continues to boom in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul based office.

The customer base for Superior Management Solutions, Inc. has expanded from Business to Consumer efforts and even into popular retail venues. In fact, their new Consumer Electronics Division has tripled in size in the last 10 months. This past year, Superior Management Solutions, Inc. has also inked deals with Fortune 500 communication companies to launch new programs and continue their major expansion into more of the largest retailers in the country.

"It is my expectation that Superior Management Solutions, Inc. will continue to grow as a capital throughout the Midwest. My hopes in the upcoming years are to see Superior Management Solutions become not only the go-to standard for marketing, but also serve as a shining beacon for new industries of business to find success when times seem hard," says Sean Gustavson, Marketing Director of Superior Management Solutions, Inc.

Gustavson was asked how he thinks Superior Management Solutions, Inc. has been able to grow despite the tough economy, and where he thinks the company is headed in the coming years. "I think there are three factors that have made it easy for us to grow. First, the downsizing of other companies with the economic crisis has turned into a perfect storm for us. Our large brand name clientele needed new business more than ever and this gave us the pick of the litter when hiring on new applicants for our Management Training Program. Second, the primary reason we are able to succeed is due to the fact that we bring buying power back into the hands of the retailers. With consumers bombarded with phone calls and thousands of pieces of mail daily, I knew it was time to reinvest in the power of brick and mortar retailers when most thought to get out, and that is exactly why Superior Management Solutions, Inc. thrives. Third, we've reinvested in our employee base by hiring fresh college grads with new education and training to help give us insight into today's markets." Gustavson expresses high hopes for the future by saying, "After we crushed this past year's holiday rush, I expect this year to be an even bigger success for this company. The most important thing right now is to not let our foot off the gas."

After just finishing their most profitable first quarter ever (beating this past holiday season), Gustavson projects that Superior Management Solutions, Inc. will see a 20% increase in sales this 2nd quarter, making it their best quarter yet. Furthermore, Gustavson has no doubt that "We will continually strive to be the best in class because we can't rely on the past performance and know the only way to succeed this year is to improve our drive and execution."

In order to do that, you must be tolerant of failures, even in light of failures in other areas of your application. "Fly two mistakes high" is an old adage in the radio control airplane hobby. Machine learning has taken residence at our cities' cores and now we can finally have "smart cities." Cities are a collection of buildings made to provide the structure and safety necessary for people to function, create and survive. DevOps tends to focus on the relationship between Dev and Ops, putting an emphasis on the ops and application infrastructure. But that’s changing with microservices architectures. In her session at DevOps Summit, Lori MacVittie, Evangelist for F5 Networks, will focus on how microservices are changing the underlying architectures needed to scale, secure and deliver applications based on highly distributed (micro) services and why that means an expansion into “the network” for DevOps.

Poor data quality and analytics drive down business value. In fact, Gartner estimated that the average financial impact of poor data quality on organizations is $9.7 million per year.
