Veer Towers Las Vegas Celebrates 150 Sales

Strong Sales Numbers Proof of Market Recovery

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - May 19, 2014) - Sales at Veer Towers have been ahead of projections since Pordes Residential Sales and Marketing took over selling the units in early 2013, and 2014 is looking to be another hugely successful year. The Pordes Residential Sales team is now celebrating a total of 150 sales and that number is quickly increasing. The strong sales numbers are even more proof that the housing market in Las Vegas is rebounding.

"It's a different world in Las Vegas now," said Jim Navarro, Vice President of Sales for Pordes Residential. "The city and housing market are continuing to make a strong comeback."

The newest S&P/Case-Shiller data released showed that in terms of year-over-year gains, Las Vegas was the top performing city in 2013, followed by Los Angeles and San Francisco. Currently, there are no new residential projects being planned, and inventory at Veer Towers is tightening making now the time for buyers to purchase.

Navarro and his sales team are selling studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums at prices of $295,000 to more than $1.8 million.

The two 37-story Veer Towers stand out from all other condominium projects in Las Vegas. Designed by world-famous Murphy/Jahn*, the towers lean across each other at a 5 degree angle, glistening in gold. Residents enjoy incomparable views of Las Vegas from their residence as well as the rooftop entertainment areas that feature infinity edge swimming pools, hot tubs, sun decks and summer kitchens. No other community offers luxury shopping, fine dining, world-class entertainment and gaming within walking distance. Residents are surrounded by the luxury and convenience of The Shops at Crystals, the Gallery Row Shops, ARIA Resort & Casino, Vdara Hotel & Spa, and Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas.

"The buyers who bought at Veer last year were very smart -- they were able to get an incredible deal at a gorgeous piece of property before the prices increased," said Pordes Residential CEO Mark Pordes. "For buyers who have been considering Las Vegas, now is definitely the time to buy before prices continue to go up."

These new classification techniques mean that traffic optimization, policy enforcement, and user experience are largely unaffected by encryption. In respect wit...

Today we can collect lots and lots of performance data. We build beautiful dashboards and even have fancy query languages to access and transform the data. Still performance data is a secret language only a couple of people understand. The more business becomes digital the more stakeholders are interested in this data including how it relates to business. Some of these people have never used a monitoring tool before.
