SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/19/14 -- Matthew Borland, Managing Broker and Partner at Zephyr Real Estate, was a panelist at last week's Deliver 2014. Along with five other panelists, Borland shared his acumen on the home-buying process and how to deliver a satisfying experience to both buyers and sellers. Borland was joined on the dais by Bob Dadurka, Eric Boyenga, Tracy Weir, Ginger Wilcox and Jonathan Aizen.
The event was presented by Amitree and Eight11 as a collaborative effort to focus on customer expectations. The discussion centered upon who drives the customer experience, the role of technology in meeting customer expectations, and the systems used to achieve a happy client who will return and refer others. Deliver 2014 showcased agents, brokers and technology leaders who do this successfully and consistently.
Borland spoke with candor, wit and wisdom about his track record and experiences to a crowd of local REALTORS® and brokers. Borland has been a driving force at Zephyr in innovative technology and has worked in a consulting capacity with the San Francisco Association of REALTORS® on technology matters and has served on the board of Real Estate Business Services®, Inc.
