Technomedia to Sponsor Third Season of "Top Recruiter: The Competition" and VIP Gala Event

In Addition, Company's Vice President of Product Marketing and Strategy, Rayanne Thorn, Returns to the Cast of Hit Web Series for Third Consecutive Year

NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 05/19/14 -- Technomedia, a leading provider of Talent Management Solutions, today announced that it will serve as a sponsor of the third season of "Top Recruiter: The Competition," a hit web series that takes audiences behind the scenes of the job search and into the minds of the some of today's best and brightest recruiters.

Since its premier in 2012, the Miami-based "Top Recruiter" series has aimed to showcase the realities of the recruiting process, with the goal of educating -- and entertaining -- job seekers and human resources and recruitment professionals alike. The series, developed by executive producer Chris LaVoie, takes viewers on a journey that mixes real personalities with exciting challenges, revealing the best practices that top recruiters use to find the right people for the right position and helping job seekers learn how they can work towards getting a better job. Now in its third season, the series will continue to reveal the difficulties facing top recruiters and the strategies they use to overcome them.

As a leader in the talent management space and the company behind numerous innovations that facilitate the recruitment process, Technomedia is a proud sponsor of the "Top Recruiter" show. Moreover, Rayanne Thorn, vice president of Product Marketing and Strategy for Technomedia, will serve on the show's cast for the third consecutive year. Following her role as "Mentor" in the second season, Thorn will now take over the "Executive" role for the third season, interviewing and evaluating contestants.

"Great recruiters are always in high demand, and we look for those with the right combination of people, business and street smarts to join the show," said LaVoie. "'Top Recruiter' is designed to not only highlight how these best-in-class recruiters work, but also to educate our audience on how they can improve their recruiting processes. We are very grateful to all of our sponsors, such as Technomedia, who share our passion for excellence in recruitment, and we are excited to welcome Rayanne back to the show."

"It's not difficult to see the quality of the 'Top Recruiter' project and recognize the impact it has had on the industry," said Thorn. "Innovation is not only found behind the scenes in a tech development department, but also in high-end marketing that reaches a greater audience, producing better results. We want to be an organization that pushes boundaries while meeting the needs of our clients in an industry hungry for quality representation and needed disruption."

"We are excited to be a sponsor of 'Top Recruiter' this year and to support Rayanne's participation in this innovative series," said Shawna Berthold, vice president of Marketing for Technomedia. "Chris LaVoie and his team are consistently evolving what they produce to meet the changing needs of our industry with positivity and authenticity -- delivering the perfect combination of marketing and entertainment."
