NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 05/19/14 -- Technomedia, a leading provider of Talent Management Solutions, today announced that it will serve as a sponsor of the third season of "Top Recruiter: The Competition," a hit web series that takes audiences behind the scenes of the job search and into the minds of the some of today's best and brightest recruiters.
Since its premier in 2012, the Miami-based "Top Recruiter" series has aimed to showcase the realities of the recruiting process, with the goal of educating -- and entertaining -- job seekers and human resources and recruitment professionals alike. The series, developed by executive producer Chris LaVoie, takes viewers on a journey that mixes real personalities with exciting challenges, revealing the best practices that top recruiters use to find the right people for the right position and helping job seekers learn how they can work towards getting a better job. Following her role as "Mentor" in the second season, Thorn will now take over the "Executive" role for the third season, interviewing and evaluating contestants.
"Great recruiters are always in high demand, and we look for those with the right combination of people, business and street smarts to join the show," said LaVoie. "'Top Recruiter' is designed to not only highlight how these best-in-class recruiters work, but also to educate our audience on how they can improve their recruiting processes. We are very grateful to all of our sponsors, such as Technomedia, who share our passion for excellence in recruitment, and we are excited to welcome Rayanne back to the show."
"It's not difficult to see the quality of the 'Top Recruiter' project and recognize the impact it has had on the industry," said Thorn. We want to be an organization that pushes boundaries while meeting the needs of our clients in an industry hungry for quality representation and needed disruption."
