Since its premier in 2012, the Miami-based "Top Recruiter" series has aimed to showcase the realities of the recruiting process, with the goal of educating -- and entertaining -- job seekers and human resources and recruitment professionals alike. The series, developed by executive producer Chris LaVoie, takes viewers on a journey that mixes real personalities with exciting challenges, revealing the best practices that top recruiters use to find the right people for the right position and helping job seekers learn how they can work towards getting a better job. Now in its third season, the series will continue to reveal the difficulties facing top recruiters and the strategies they use to overcome them.
