Vigilance Networks, formerly known as Vibesec, a security intelligence company, today announced the launch of a global partner program to help its customers secure and protect the IP network from fraud, toll hacks and other threats to the IP network. The program enables security, solution and service providers to offer Vigilance Networks’ Security Intelligence Platform as a service to address critical operations, security, fraud and compliance issues being faced by enterprises all over the world.
“Our customers aren’t dealing with the same type of security issues they are used to with their legacy data infrastructure where data leakage is one of the major concerns,” said Oscar Lazcano, CEO of ASLO Technologies. “Companies are now facing a wide range of new threats that, if successful, these may have serious financial and credibility repercussions. This situation presents challenges of trust and reputation management if their networks are compromised.”
Inaugural partners are currently addressing markets throughout the Americas, Caribbean, Europe and the Middle East, and are targeting managed and hosted service providers, cloud services companies and large enterprises. These companies can leverage Vigilance Networks’ solution to mitigate cyber security risk, prevent fraud, improve service performance and reduce cost. Current partners include:
- ASLO Information Technologies
- Deutsche Telekom AG
- Matrix Connexions
- ITNAVIGATOR Pro
- Team Netcom
“With internal and external threats to the data network well understood within the IT security industry, the growing problem of IP PBX hacks, eavesdropping, toll fraud and other types of attacks on the IP communications infrastructure remain a hidden threat on the enterprise network,” said Neil Segall, CEO of Vigilance Networks. “The challenge security and fraud operations teams face is that they can’t easily apply standard IT and data network security tactics and tools to combat risk to IP communications on their network.”

A completely new computing platform is on the horizon. They’re called Microservers by some, ARM Servers by others, and sometimes even ARM-based Servers. No matter what you call them, Microservers will have a huge impact on the data center and on server computing in general. Although few people are familiar with Microservers today, their impact will be felt very soon. This is a new category of computing platform that is available today and is predicted to have triple-digit growth rates for some ...
