Leading Networking Manufacturer Recognized by the U.K.'s Comms Dealer Magazine for Increasing Service Renewals for Partners by More Than 200 Percent

Using AutoQuote, the manufacturer fueled sales expansion with existing customers and enabled its Tier 1 and Tier 2 channel partners to quickly perform service contract renewals and transactions online, reducing the cost of sale through automation. With thousands of low-dollar service contracts up for renewal each month across its installed base, the networking leader and its channel partners put AutoQuote to work after recognizing they had been spending too much time tracking and managing those renewals using tedious, manual sales processes.

The AutoQuote initiative led to an increase of more than 200 percent in service renewals ordered by the manufacturer's customers through the channel in 2013. In addition, AutoQuote allowed MaintenanceNet's client to drastically reduce quote creation time, automating up to 20,000 quotes per month to save 1,500-plus administrative hours for distribution partners and 3,000 or more hours for reseller partners each month.
