Customers Streamline Sales Goal Setting With Xactly Quota

Streamlining sales processes to promote better selling, Xactly, a leading provider of cloud based incentive solutions, today announced Xactly Quota. A new offering in Xactly’s sales performance management suite, Quota enables sales management to easily allocate quota assignments for their teams through an intuitive, self-service dashboard. With visibility into metrics such as historic performance, the application allows managers to easily distribute and set quotas for one or more goals while having visibility into the overall status of the quota setting process. The announcement was made on stage today at Xactly’s customer conference, CompCloud 2014.

Quota setting has traditionally been an extremely manual, spreadsheet-based process that consumes valuable time from both sales leaders and administrators. It’s compounded by a lack of data visibility that hampers sales managements’ ability to make informed decisions.

Xactly Quota changes that paradigm. An intuitive, self-service dashboard allows managers to easily view data such as historic performance to intelligently set goals across the sales team. Quota is tightly integrated with Xactly Incent, enabling administrators to seamlessly integrate the newly set quotas into compensation plans, reducing overhead and errors caused by manual data entry. Xactly Quota can be used in conjunction with Xactly Incent or as a stand-alone application to help sales teams set their quotas.
