iHookup Social Reports First Quarter Financials

Company Sees Increase in Revenue and User Growth

CAMPBELL, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/21/14 -- iHookup Social, Inc. (OTCQB: TFERD), a mobile application company positioned at the intersection of dating, social media and location based connections is pleased to announce the timely filing of its financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2014. Key financial results of operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 are summarized herein:

  • Monthly revenue grew at an annual rate of 25% in Q1
  • Downloads (free and paid) grew 124% month over month in Q1
  • Total registered users totaled 137,743 at the end of Q1
  • Net loss for the quarter of $911K included non-cash adjustments of $294K and $234K for an impairment charge and accretion expense.
  • Company disclosed settlement of $1.2M promissory note and release of mineral properties (to be recorded in Q2)
