Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has signed a contract with the city of Grants Pass, Oregon, for Tyler’s Munis® enterprise resources planning (ERP) and EnerGov® planning, permitting and licensing solutions. The agreement includes related professional services, training and support.
The city chose to replace its current systems with Munis and EnerGov to improve citizen service delivery, support the executive staff’s and council’s information needs, and increase staff access to decision-support capabilities.
During its competitive review, Grants Pass searched for an integrated solution that could work with other city systems to increase efficiencies across departments. Additionally, it was important to city leaders to partner with a vendor that had experience in the public sector and working with various governments throughout Oregon.
Grants Pass selected a variety of Munis and EnerGov applications, including financial management and reporting, human capital management, community development and utility billing. Tyler’s solutions will help the city build a comprehensive system to meet current and future needs.
Grants Pass, located in southwest Oregon, has approximately 35,000 residents and more than 200 employees.
