Industrial Specialist Jake Miller Joins Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Boise Office

BOISE, ID -- (Marketwired) -- 05/27/14 -- The Boise office of Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce welcomed Jake Miller as an associate on its Industrial team in the Boise area.

Miller will specialize in industrial sales and leasing. He will represent tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in marketing industrial properties, negotiating with buyers or sellers, helping to arrange financing for the client, preparing contracts, and organizing the closing.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce, Miller was a Marketing Representative with Federated Mutual Insurance, where he gained experience expanding territory presence, expanding services provided to clients and prospects, and executing cohesive marketing plans. He was also an Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at the College of Idaho, where he refined his leadership skills. Miller's business experience coupled with his leadership skills makes him a stand-out in the industry.

Miller earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Physical Education from the College of Idaho.
