Nexius, specializing in delivering end-to-end network services and business intelligence solutions to leading network operators and enterprise organizations, today announced the appointment of Timothy Raher as Vice President of Human Resources, and Julia Pitlik as Vice President of Marketing. Raher and Pitlik are located at the company’s headquarters in Allen, Texas.

Timothy Raher, Vice President of Human Resources, was previously the Vice President of Human Resources at Ericsson, where he established HR business priorities and drove strategic HR initiatives in the Ericsson Managed Services Organization. Raher has also held senior human resources positions at Alcon Labs/Novartis and Johnson & Johnson.
Responsible for driving the Nexius HR strategy, Raher leads the work force planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation/benefits, as well employee engagement.
Julia Pitlik, Vice President of Marketing, was previously the Senior Director, Marketing at Fujitsu Network Communications, where she positioned the company for market share and revenue growth through new market development and product/solution positioning. Pitlik has also held marketing and business development leadership positions at mobile telecom and wireless solutions companies, including Sprint, ANOVO Group, and XO Communications.
Leading the marketing organization at Nexius, Pitlik is responsible for market strategy and positioning, brand strategy, new market identification and growth opportunities, customer acquisition and retention through demand generation and conversion, customer relationship marketing, market research/intelligence, and all corporate communications, including public relations.
