Tripwire Debuts Tripwire IP360 Express Bundle 1600 in the UK

Tripwire, Inc., a leading global provider of risk-based security and compliance management solutions, today announced the availability of Tripwire® IP360TM Express Bundle 1600 in the U.K. The Tripwire IP360 Express Bundle 1600 is a competitively priced vulnerability management package specifically designed for small to medium-sized businesses and channel partners.

Information security is an important component to the success of businesses of all sizes. According to The Information Security Breaches Survey 2014, 60 percent of small businesses in the U.K. have reported a data breach. The potential cost of data breaches for small organisations could reach between £65,000 and £115,000. John Cridland, director-general of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), believes the economic importance of the U.K.’s middle-market businesses has been drastically overlooked by IT companies, saying they are “our true national champion[s].”

“We have seen a dramatic interest in our market-leading vulnerability management solutions from smaller organisations,” said Federico de-la-Mora, Tripwire’s senior director of sales in Europe, Middle East and Africa. “The Tripwire IP360 Express Bundle 1600 is designed to provide smaller organisations with the same comprehensive vulnerability management technology that is used to protect some of the largest, most sensitive networks in the world. It is also structured to work perfectly for our channel partners.”

Tripwire IP360 enables thousands of enterprises and government agencies to cost-effectively measure and manage their security risks. Providing the ideal foundation for assessing security risks on every system, Tripwire IP360 sets the industry standard for agentless discovery of all networked devices and includes up-to-date coverage of the latest operating systems, applications and vulnerabilities.

“Partnering with Tripwire provides us with a perfect opportunity to take advantage of the strong growth in demand for effective and affordable vulnerability management solutions,” said Jon Carson, managing director at Tripwire channel partner Phoenix Datacom Limited. “The Tripwire IP360 Express Bundle 1600 is a cost-effective solution that is ideal for my customers and a great fit for my business requirements.”

The Tripwire IP360 Express Bundle 1600 utilizes the same technology platform that powers Tripwire IP360 and is available in three options for 250, 500 and 1,000 Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. All of the Tripwire IP360 Express Bundle 1600 options include hardware, software licenses and online training. The vulnerability management package is available only through Tripwire channel partners.
