REDWOOD CITY, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/30/14 -- Amobee's Board of Directors today announced that Trevor Healy has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer, and has named Mark Strecker, previously Amobee's President and COO, as the company's new CEO. Healy will stay with Amobee over the next few months in an advisory role to ensure a smooth transition.
