Luxoft Receives Prestigious Global Recognitions

iStockTrack – Luxoft’s Mobile Banking Application Won “Best of Show”

Finovate is a two-day showcase of cutting-edge financial and banking technology innovations from leading, established companies. The “Best of Show” award was earned through participants’ votes at Finovate’s European event. Core strengths of iStockTrack include user-friendly interface and simultaneous access to aggregated asset data, including investment portfolio. Investors may also exchange financial data with other users, and most importantly, conduct video conversations with financial advisors.

The award voters included a mix of IT leadership and investors from: Barclays, Ernst & Young, IBM, MasterCard, Microsoft, as well as journalists covering financial services.

Luxoft Won “Award of Excellence” from Business Marketing Association

The Business Marketing Association has been the preeminent service organization for professionals in marketing for over 90 years. It is the largest association of B2B marketers and many of their clients are Fortune 500 companies. Luxoft was recognized in the Internal Branding and Communication – Employer Branding Program 2013. There are two programs that were behind the award, which were organized by Luxoft’s marketing department and both delivered outstanding results: Composing Software campaign and Luxoft Technology Series (LTS).

Composing Software is a global recruiting campaign that equates writing code with writing music. Creating music was a natural match for composing code, where both specific and creative skills and talents are required, and where team work, harmony, and sometimes improvisation are necessary to create a masterpiece. As a result of this innovative program, Luxoft was able to recruit close to 1,800 employees in 2013 and sees a substantial increase in incoming candidates year over year in 2014.

LTS is a free webinar series chaired by international IT thought leaders. LTS is tailored to IT professionals who have interest in obtaining expert-level knowledge in areas such as mobile application development, Kanban, Agile, and more. Each webinar has garnered over 1,500 participants globally and this number continues to grow.
