Bridge Capital Holdings Announces Retirement of Director
Vice Chairman Thomas M. Quigg to Retire

SAN JOSE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/30/14 -- Bridge Capital Holdings (NASDAQ: BBNK), whose subsidiary is Bridge Bank, a full-service professional business bank headquartered in Silicon Valley and with offices located nationwide, announced today that Thomas M. Quigg, Vice Chairman of the Board, has notified the company of his intent to retire from the Board of Directors of Bridge Bank, N.A. and Bridge Capital Holdings.
Director Quigg has notified the Company that he will retire from the Board, effective June 2, 2014. Mr. Quigg was appointed to the Bridge Bank Board shortly after the bank opened in mid-2001 and will transition to Vice Chairman Director Emeritus, as he has qualified for this status based on the nearly thirteen years of service on the boards of Bridge Bank and Bridge Capital Holdings.
Over the course of his service to Bridge and its shareholders, Mr. Quigg served on, as well as chaired, from time to time, the Credit, Governance, and Compensation Committees of the Board. He also served on the company Audit Committee.
