CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/30/14 -- Hesperian Capital Management Ltd. ("Hesperian"), the Manager of a strategically focused group of public mutual funds and limited partnerships (the "Norrep Group of Funds"), announced today that it has declared a dividend for the following funds:
-- $0.060 per share(i) for Norrep Income Growth Class -- $0.040 per share(i) for Norrep Global Income Growth Class -- $0.050 per share(i) for Norrep High Yield Class -- $0.035 per share(i) for Norrep US Dividend Plus Class
All dividends are payable on May 30, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 29, 2014.
Hesperian Capital Management Ltd. hereby advises that these dividends are designated to be "eligible dividends" pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and corresponding provincial legislation.
