Ad industry veterans Mark Williams and Nigel Edmund-Jones have been hired to kick off the European operation.

Williams previously worked at AOL Networks where, as EMEA Director of Marketplace by AdTech, he led that programmatic ad platform's European rollout to publishers and advertisers. He also served as AdTech's Head of Sales - UK & Ireland, and before that, at Level 3 Communications as account director.
