CONMED Corporation Sets Annual Meeting Date

UTICA, NEW YORK -- (Marketwired) -- 06/02/14 -- CONMED Corporation (NASDAQ: CNMD) today announced that it has scheduled its 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "2014 Annual Meeting") at the Company's corporate offices, 525 French Road, Utica, NY 13502 for Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 3:30 PM Eastern Time. CONMED shareholders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2014 will be entitled to vote at the 2014 Annual Meeting.

Further details regarding the 2014 Annual Meeting will be included in the Company's preliminary proxy statement, which will be mailed to shareholders of record in advance of the meeting.
