TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/02/14 -- Director Tharanga Ramanayake wants you to get involved in MAYOR ROB FORD: THE DOCUMENTARY by helping to raise $10,000 for the Toronto Humane Society, in exchange for a one-on-one hour long interview with Mayor Ford.
Ramanayake has been asking Mayor Ford for an interview since he began shooting the documentary last summer. The documentary features exclusive interviews with now infamous reporters Robyn Doolittle and Kevin Donovan, and John Cook, who first broke the news of Ford's crack use.
"I've been asking Mayor Ford for an interview for months," said Ramanayake. "I know he doesn't have a lot of time to speak with independent filmmakers, but he is very generous with his time when it comes to charity. I'm hoping this could be a win-win for the Toronto Humane Society and my documentary".
Contributors have the chance to place their content in the documentary and have their questions asked to the Mayor. The money will go to the Toronto Humane Society, and in the event Mayor Ford doesn't give an interview or the fundraising goal isn't reached, all the money will be returned to the contributors.

In increasingly complex DevOps workflows and environments, and especially in larger, regulated, or more crystallized organizations, these core concepts become even more critical. In his session at @DevOpsSummit at 18th Cloud Expo, Andi Mann, Chief Technology Advocate at Splunk, showed how, by focusing on 'metrics that matter,' you can provide objective, transparent, and meaningful f...
