CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/02/14 -- Catelli Foods Corporation is helping to feed Calgary's hungry one serving of pasta at a time.
Approximately 29,376 servings of Catelli® pasta will be delivered to Calgary Food Bank as part of a campaign called Help Us Feed the Hope. With summer being the slowest time for food banks, this significant donation is just one of many deliveries that will take place nationally, as Catelli Foods Corporation aims to reach a donation goal of one million servings of pasta to feed the hungry across Canada.
Media are invited to participate in the unloading of the pasta. Excellent visual opportunities will be available.
WHAT: Unloading delivery of 4,896 boxes of Catelli® pasta WHEN: Tuesday, June 3, 2014 11:00 a.m. to Noon WHERE: Calgary Food Bank 5000 11 Street SE, Calgary
As part of the campaign, Chef David chef Flegel, executive at Calgary's Hyatt Regency Hotel, has contributed a recipe to a unique cookbook by Catelli® pasta, launched in support of Canadian food banks. Called Catelli® Pasta Plus Five: Five-ingredient summer pasta dishes by some of Canada's top chefs, the cookbook features easy, gourmet pasta recipes that are made using only five key ingredients in addition to the pasta. The cookbook is available for download free-of-charge at www.catelli.ca or on Catelli's Facebook page (www.facebook.com/catelli). For every "share" of the cookbook on Facebook, Catelli® pasta will donate a serving of pasta to the hungry.
"As Canada's largest pasta manufacturer, Catelli Foods Corporation is pleased to take on the corporate responsibility to help Canada's food banks, particularly when they need it most," said Sandra Kim, Director of Marketing for the Catelli® pasta brand.

WebRTC has had a real tough three or four years, and so have those working with it. Only a few short years ago, the development world were excited about WebRTC and proclaiming how awesome it was. You might have played with the technology a couple of years ago, only to find the extra infrastructure requirements were painful to implement and poorly documented. This probably left a bitter taste in your mouth, especially when things went wrong.
