Mobile Workshop Keynote: How an App Played a Crucial Role in Engaging Shoppers with a Brand
|Paulson’s keynote will provide an informative overview to attendees, describing the process and experience when Free People launched its fully shoppable iOS mobile app in 2013 with WebLinc eCommerce. Woven into the app is FP Me, a social network that allows customers to share inspiration and styling photos, view an Instagram-like gallery of other photos, and interact in numerous capacities. Paulson will kick off a full day of mobile content by discussing the role of an app in launching a social engagement program, as well as the effects of the FP Me program on the brand and its customers.|

In his session at @ThingsExpo, Matthew Hodgson, technical co-founder of the Matrix.org, discussed how Matrix is a new non-profit Open Source Project that defines both a new HTTP-based standard for VoIP & IM signaling and provides reference implementations.
