TROY, MI -- (Marketwired) -- 06/02/14 -- KellyOCG, the outsourcing and consulting group of Kelly Services®, has been named to The Global Outsourcing 100 List by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). This is the third consecutive year that KellyOCG, which placed fourth in the Leaders category, has been named to the list.
The 2014 Global Outsourcing 100, now in its ninth year, recognizes the worlds' best outsourcing service providers and advisors. These rankings are based on applications received and evaluated by an independent judging panel organized by IAOP. The winning companies were judged on four critical characteristics: size and growth; customer references; organizational competencies; and management capabilities. The 2014 panel is led by IAOP chief advisor of thought leadership, Jagdish Dalal, COP and president of JDalal Associates, LLC.
"Participating with IAOP allows us to benchmark our approach to outsourcing and consulting, as well as innovation against industry standards," said Teresa Carroll, Senior Vice President and General Manager, KellyOCG. "Being named to the Global Outsourcing 100 list reinforces that our consultative outsourcing model aligns well in the areas of strategy, risk mitigation, talent management and operational excellence. We are proud to join this list of accomplished service providers and to be recognized for our efforts by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals."
"At a time when there is a growing need to outsource, The Global Outsourcing 100 list has become an invaluable reference tool to help companies research service providers," said Debi Hamill, IAOP CEO. "The companies named on these lists and sub lists have demonstrated their expertise following a rigorous, independently judged process and represent the top in the industry."
In addition to the number four overall ranking in the Leaders category, KellyOCG achieved numerous sub-list honors, including:
- Best 5 Leaders - Oil & Natural Gas
