Telos Corporation today announced the general availability of SE7EN™: Mission Planner version 2.0 for creating, planning and managing missions and logistical routing in a collaborative geospatial environment.
SE7EN: Mission Planner offers real-time situational awareness and a common operational picture for visibility into what’s happening on the ground. A mission under way can be depicted side-by-side with the mission as planned, giving users the insights needed to adjust operations on the fly.
“Exacting precision and timing are critical to successful mission execution,” said Telos’ Senior Director of Emerging Technologies Jeff Schneider. “SE7EN: Mission Planner gives operators a clear view of the changing parameters for on-the-fly command decisions.”
SE7EN: Mission Planner includes advanced geospatial overlays and mapping options and offers a multi-user/multi-role distributed environment for true collaboration among operators and mission leaders alike. Enhanced real-time cyber data gives stakeholders complete cyber situational awareness during tactical and emergency situations.
Advanced editing capabilities of SE7EN: Mission Planner 2.0 allow users to cut, paste, copy, undo and redo when creating missions and plans. The application accepts on-the-fly plan adjustments for additional flexibility, while employing business intelligence to ensure edits do not create conflicts.
The product manages and tracks resource attributes, such as weight, distribution, load-out, speed, resistance, etc., and employs advanced business logic, ensuring coordination of movements and deeper granularity of control.
Built upon Telos SE7EN, a collaborative, touch-optimized visualization platform, SE7EN: Mission Planner helps users fully manage complex missions; capture, record and edit resource movements and mission timelines; add multiple layers of information using geospatial mapping tools; and save, store, play back and export missions at any time.
