CAMBRIDGE, MA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/06/14 -- Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA), the software company powering the digital enterprise with Better Business Software®, today announced that it has appointed Lisa Pintchman as vice president, corporate communications, a new position created to better communicate and amplify Pega's brand value to internal and external stakeholders.
Ms. Pintchman is a senior communications executive with expertise in communications and branding, repositioning large enterprise brands into changing or converging marketplaces, launching new products and services and differentiating high growth businesses. Most recently, Ms. Pintchman was executive vice president at Weber Shandwick, one of the world's leading global public relations firms. During her tenure at Weber Shandwick, Ms. Pintchman directed the Boston technology practice as well as counseled Fortune 1000 global clients and fast-growth emerging companies, developing and executing awareness campaigns to promote and protect company reputation.
Prior to Weber Shandwick, Ms. Pintchman was instrumental in the launch and growth of The Weber Group through to its acquisition by IPG. The company later merged with Shandwick International and BSMG to become Weber Shandwick.
Ms. Pintchman graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and serves on the board of Community Research Initiative of New England.
