As visitors embark upon their journey, the app sends a reminder to check-in as well as an alert when their room is ready. Guests also have the option to submit an arrival time, thereby helping to ensure their room's readiness when they arrive. And the arrival experience for mobile check-in guests surpasses anything else available at other Amsterdam hotels near museums. Guests simply bypass traditional check-in lines to collect their room key at a designated area and head upstairs.

After enjoying a stay within the hotel's gracious suites and guest rooms, which are located near all the best sights of Amsterdam, visitors will find it is just as easy and pleasant to check out. As they prepare to depart this city hotel in Amsterdam, the mobile check-out feature notifies them of check-out, gives them the option of an emailed invoice and, once complete, a virtual confirmation that check-out is complete. As a result, guests are spared a trip to the front desk on their way to the airport.
