TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/10/14 -- On Thursday June 12th, Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse on Adelaide St. W. will kick off the pinnacle of soccer by hosting a viewing party for the World Cup Opening Ceremonies. Festivities will begin at 4pm, and guests are invited to experience the World Cup in an authentic Brazilian atmosphere.

Excited to offer a unique experience for those looking for a succulent meal and lively environment, the downtown Toronto restaurant will be presenting their signature menu. Grilled to perfection over open flames, this Brazilian steakhouse provides 18 different kinds of meat, a galleria prepped with fresh foods including salads, baked breads, charcuterie, pasta, and a full bar.
In celebration of the World Cup, a new bar menu will be introduced, promoting individual size Brazilian-inspired pizzas and specialty Brazilian finger foods. Other special additions include $5 draught beers, and signature Brazilian caipirinha and sangria pitchers. During Team Brazil games, Copacabana will be offering a limited number of rodizio for $29 which include 10 meat options.
Samba dancers, Brazilian beats, and aerialists hanging from silk in front of a shimmer wall, will provide entertainment long into the night after the games have concluded. With hashtags like #GrillSeekers, #ThisBrazilianDoesntHurt, and #RioDeToronto, Copacabana on Adelaide St. W. will surely be the hottest place to watch the World Cup this summer. Copacabana's first event will take place on June 12th for the Opening Ceremonies and Brazil's first game, while the Closing Ceremonies are scheduled for July 13th.
