Marin Software and Channel Factory Announce Industry's First Partnership to Align Paid Search With YouTube Video Advertising

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/10/14 -- Today, Marin Software (NYSE: MRIN), provider of a leading Revenue Acquisition Management platform for advertisers and agencies, announced a partnership with Channel Factory, a leading video distribution and data platform.

"Brands are not effectively leveraging the data from their multi-platform campaigns, and are therefore not able to optimize and gain true insight from the breadth of their marketing efforts," noted Tony Chen, CEO of Channel Factory. "For the first time advertisers who leverage the Marin platform can take top performing keywords and conversion data from their search and social campaigns to increase the performance of their video advertising efforts and vice versa."

Through the Channel Factory partnership, Marin customers will now have the ability to deliver video-level contextual targeting in one easy-to-use marketing platform; in addition to Marin's paid search, display, social, and mobile offerings. This partnership will provide a unique opportunity to maximize campaign performance across all online channels by embracing multi-touch attribution philosophies.

"Video is staged to be one of the most exciting revenue opportunities for online advertisers over the next few years," said Matt Ackley, chief marketing officer at Marin Software. "We are thrilled to partner with Channel Factory. Together, we can empower our customers with the best cross-channel opportunities and most complete data."
