BURLINGTON, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/12/14 -- Today PROFIT Magazine released their list ranking Thrillworks at No. 153 on the 26th annual PROFIT 500. The PROFIT 500 is the definitive ranking of Canada's Fastest-Growing Companies. Published in the Summer issue of PROFIT Magazine and online at PROFITguide.com, the PROFIT 500 ranks Canadian businesses by their revenue growth over five years. Thrillworks Inc., a digital marketing agency, made the PROFIT 500 list with five-year revenue growth of 384%.
Starting in 2011 Thrillworks was honoured by our initial ranking on PROFIT 500 followed by 2012's list- placement, then again by scoring a hat trick in 2013 with another PROFIT 500 nod. Our continued growth has proudly led us onto the 2014 PROFIT 500 list -- our fourth year in a row.
"To celebrate the 26th anniversary of the Fastest-Growing Companies in Canada, the PROFIT 500 has expanded to recognize the entrepreneurial achievements of more than 500 Canadian companies," says Ian Portsmouth, Editor-in-Chief of PROFIT magazine. "PROFIT is proud to now showcase Canada's forward-thinking small business entrepreneurs and honour their talents and innovations."
"Thrillworks is extremely proud to be honoured for the fourth consecutive year on the Profit 500 list. Our nimble approach to business has given us the ability to grow our team and our business while navigating through the ever changing marketing landscape. We are again humbled to continually rank on this impressive list of names on the PROFIT 500. This only encourages us to continue to do better and improve upon our accomplishments in the years to come." - Jay Bousada, President
The PROFIT 500 ranking is a great complement to the two Webby Honors Thrillworks received this year in the 2014 Webby Awards - Best of The Web categories in the 18th Annual Webby Awards. Thrillworks received nods in the category Web/Blog - Business for our impressive work with Blackberry Blogs and the category Web/Corporate Social Responsibility for Suncor Energy's - Report on Sustainability 2013.
