VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/13/14 -- Eastern Platinum Limited (TSX:ELR)(AIM:ELR)(JSE:EPS) ("Eastplats" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the voting results of its 2014 Annual General and Special Meeting (the "Meeting") held yesterday.

Fix number of Directors

The ordinary resolution fixing the number of directors at 5 was approved. Shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the Meeting voted as follows:
