Every Sunday, the hotel offers an over-the-top feast at its international restaurant in Manila, Marriott Café -- and now the brunch buffet is even more incredible. In addition to its extraordinary array of dishes, the new Bigger and Better Sunday Brunch at Marriott includes the addition of Boston lobsters, Fine de Claire Oysters imported from France, and unlimited sparkling wine.

Guests who dine at Marriott Café for brunch can enjoy a mouthwatering smorgasbord, including fine cheeses and cold cuts, a diverse salad bar with fresh ingredients supplied by Bautista Organica Farm, and freshly-baked breads that are complemented by a variety of jams. There's an incredible carving station where chefs hand-slice roasted US Rib Eye steak, lamb, or honey glazed turkey, which can be paired with home-made gravy, peppercorn sauce, rosemary sauce or orange cranberry sauce. Carnivores will also enjoy crunchy and savory lechon kawali and lechon. There is also a Thai station, where guests can make their own piping hot bowl of Thai red curry by filling it with their preferred amount of red chillies, vegetables, and spices. After feasting on savory entrees, guests can enjoy a refreshing dessert of fresh tropical fruit or indulge in gelato.

Brunch at the hotel near Makati costs PHP 2,500 nett per person, and runs from 11:30am to 3pm every Sunday.

The hotel is also home to CRU Steakhouse, a fine-dining steakhouse in Manila that serves high-quality meats and seafood dishes, as well as fine delicacies like foie gras.
