TE Connectivity (TE) today announced that it is introducing its new public safety distributed antenna system (DAS) at the ACI DAS and Small Cells Congress on June 16 and 18 in Las Vegas. (See “TE Connectivity Announces Public Safety DAS,” also released today.) In addition, TE will also display its Active Integration Panel (AIP) and CPRI DAS interface to base stations, will host a DAS tour, and will speak at the conference. The full list of activities follows.
- DAS Tour: The Sands Convention Center, June 16 from 1-4 PM – TE DAS Account Manager Brad Pomeroy will host a tour of the FlexWave Spectrum DAS at the Sands Convention Center at the show’s pre-conference workshop.
- TE Booth 301, June 17 and 18 – TE will showcase its new public safety DAS, which supports all public safety frequencies including the UHF and VHF bands and leverages fiber connectivity for performance and ease of installation. In addition, TE will display its new AIP and CPRI interface to base stations, both of which slash deployment costs and simplify DAS head-end architecture.
- Presentation: “DAS and Fiber Innovations for Higher Capacity and Lower Costs,” June 18 at 2:00 PM – TE product manager Bernard Kraemer will present on this topic, with a focus on TE’s CPRI interface and its new powered fiber cable solution.
