Fraser will deliver a speech entitled: "Applying Virtualization to Public Wi-Fi" at 11:50 a.m. on Thursday, June 19. The half-hour panel, which will be moderated by Claus Hetting, chairman of the Wi-Fi Offload Summit, starts at 1:45 p.m.
