Serco’s Global Services business bagged two awards at the recently concluded 9th edition of the prestigious INSIGHTS Middle East Call Centre Awards in Dubai. Serco won the Best “Outsourcing Service Provider” in Middle East for 2014 for demonstrating achievements in improving business outcomes, increasing revenues through cost reductions and providing business solutions that enable the buyers to support their strategic growth initiatives in the Middle East region. Serco also won the “Best Call Centre” award in the operations category for a leading telecom operator in Qatar.

The Middle East BPO market is estimated at £1.75b and growing at about 17% (Datamonitor). The United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) are the two largest BPO markets in the Middle East region and together represent three-quarters of the market.
