Certes Networks Launches CryptoFlow Reseller Partner Program

'No Limits': Certes Offers Partners New Incentives, Rebates, Marketing Support

PITTSBURGH, PA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/17/14 -- Certes Networks, a leading innovator in encryption solutions to protect networked applications, today launched the CryptoFlow™ Reseller Partner Program, providing new reseller incentives and extensive support for demand generation.

Open to value-added resellers of security solutions, network equipment, enterprise applications and other IT systems, the new program offers Gold, Silver and Bronze reseller tiers with progressively more advanced incentives, product discounts, rebates and marketing support at each level.

"Certes' resellers can accelerate the roll out of new applications and simplify network deployment projects for their enterprise customers, because security of data traffic is very simple to implement over any network with Certes' products," said Dean Roth, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development at Certes. "With the new partner program, Certes offers benefits that enable a reseller to bundle Certes' products into IT deployment projects that will significantly increase project scope, success rate, and deal margins."

Launched under the theme of "No Limits," the Certes program offers training, customizable product collateral, a powerful new partner portal, and deal registration options, to enable resellers to generate deal flow for Certes' products that they can bundle into their IT projects.

Certes' CryptoFlow Solutions enable enterprises, government institutions and service providers to easily and dynamically protect any application flowing to any IT asset over any network, including mixed virtual, physical and Cloud environments. As a result, a reseller can help a customer to design and build out a network or new application with full confidence that end-to-end security will be applied quickly and easily.

Typical reseller projects accelerated and enabled by Certes' solutions include: data center migration and interconnect; enterprise WAN connectivity; real-time application deployment such as VoIP and video; encryption of data traffic in virtualized and Cloud environments; and extended enterprise security for financial transactions, patient data, student records management, proprietary information and other sensitive data.

Certes CryptoFlow Solutions operate independently of the network infrastructure and enterprise applications and require no changes to either one. The CryptoFlow Solutions do not consume capacity or processing from network devices or servers. They are entirely vendor neutral and can be bundled to protect data traffic even in multi-vendor environments.

Manufacturing connected IoT versions of traditional products requires more than multiple deep technology skills. It also requires a shift in mindset, to realize that connected, sensor-enabled “things” act more like services than what we usually think of as products. In his session at @ThingsExpo, David Friedman, CEO and co-founder of Ayla Networks, will discuss how when sensors start generating detailed real-world data about products and how they’re being used, smart manufacturers can use the ...

Contrary to mainstream media attention, the multiple possibilities of how consumer IoT will transform our everyday lives aren’t the only angle of this headline-gaining trend. There’s a huge opportunity for “industrial IoT” and “Smart Cities” to impact the world in the same capacity – especially during critical situations. For example, a community water dam that needs to release water can leverage embedded critical communications logic to alert the appropriate individuals, on the right device, as...

Skeuomorphism usually means retaining existing design cues in something new that doesn’t actually need them. However, the concept of skeuomorphism can be thought of as relating more broadly to applying existing patterns to new technologies that, in fact, cry out for new approaches. Too often with compelling new technologies market participants become overly enamored with that attractiveness of the technology and neglect underlying business drivers. This tendency, what some call the “newest shiny object syndrome,” is understandable given that virtually all of us are heavily engaged in technology. But it is also mistaken. Without concrete business cases driving its deployment, IoT, like many other technologies before it, will fade into obscurity.
