Celebrate Summerlicious at the Toronto Marriott Downtown Eaton Centre Hotel

TORONTO, ON -- (Marketwired) -- 06/17/14 -- Summer is the time for fresh produce, outdoor barbecues, and incredible meals in the fresh air. Celebrate summer's bounty and enjoy delicious meals during Toronto's Summerlicious event, an annual festival in Toronto that celebrates fresh food and wine.

During Summerlicious, which will take place from July 4th to 20th, over 200 top restaurants in downtown Toronto will offer delicious three-course priced fixed lunch and dinner menus.

The Toronto Marriott Downtown Eaton Centre Hotel, a luxury hotel in Toronto, is participating in the summer festival. Trios Bistro, the hotel's onsite restaurant, is offering fantastic menus of fresh, seasonal dishes during the event.

For lunch, the Eaton Centre restaurant will serve light, refreshing dishes such as warm pea & mint soup or a fresh summer salad with strawberries, followed by a nicoise salad or grilled chicken Panini. The meal will end with a summery dessert like strawberry shortcake or watermelon and lemon sorbet. The three-course lunch menu costs $20.

The dinner menu at Trios Bistro features delicious dishes, including caprese salad and grilled lemon calamari for starters, grilled sirloin steak and roasted herb-rubbed arctic char for entrees, and a rich devil's chocolate cake for dessert. The three-course dinner menu costs $35.
