UMining would like to announce the following:

UMining Resources Inc. has begun negotiations and discussions to enter into partnership with Stargaze Pictures and Mr. Antonio Diverdis.

Mr. Diverdis will provide the expertise needed in the entertainment industry in order to assure the growth of UMining Resources and to solidify the company's position in that industry. Umining Resources needs a fast penetration strategy in the entertainment market at this present time and we like the idea of organic growth and the stability it provides organizations. We feel Antonio Diverdis can bring both of these elements into our organization. These are the skills that will be invaluable in the execution of a successful business strategy in an industry known for tumultuous change. New talent is frequently wasted or completely lost and Green's knowledge of its many facets makes him ideal for the challenging task of identifying and successfully bringing exciting new talent to market. He will be able to increase the chances of success that each new production released will achieve success by giving it the appropriate direction, marketing and backing.

We can now expand the scope of artists and the content we can acquire on the International level and add other media like television and movies. This can only be achieved with the right management team that has the extensive knowledge of the entertainment world.

The first goal for this partnership is for Mr. Diverdis to help with our current contract negotiations with various artists we are having discussions with. The second part of this partnership is to expand the media catalogue outside of the Latin language. Mr. Antonio Diverdis is planning to introduce to our company new talent and new contracts coming from Canada, USA and the International markets. This will complete our offering from the GITA web site to our users and give them more variety and a complete international flavor.

Antonio DiVerdis Mazzone, known in the music industry as Tony Green, is an award winning entrepreneur in the entertainment industry whose works and talent have earned him international acclaim. Based in Montreal, Mr. Green has had a thirty year history as a singer songwriter, musician, music producer and filmmaker. He is a multi-skilled entrepreneur with extensive entertainment industry experience. He has worked with the likes of entertainment industry icon, Clive Davis, and major music corporations such as Warner Brothers, RCA, Sony and Universal, achieving an impressive track record of success in the industry. In July 1996 he was inducted into the Canadian Dance Hall of Fame.

He then began writing and producing songs for other singers and this led him to discover and produce such artists as France Joli and Freddie James.

He has also had very considerable experience and achievement in the movie industry as a filmmaker. He directed, wrote and produced the coming of age feature film 'South of the Moon', which won best score at the Tiburon Film Festival. He also wrote and directed the music video of the track 'Come to Me' by artist Danyka, as well as producing the music video of song "I Won't Let Go" by artist The Spleen. His knowledge and experience with films will inevitably be invaluable for the creation of music videos which have become an essential part of the successful marketing of music and will be invaluable in the future success of this new venture with UMining.
