Cellucci, former Chief Commercialization Officer at the US Department of Homeland Security and the White House in both the Bush and Obama Administrations, was elected as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) by the Board of Directors of Ecrypt Technologies, Inc. after joining the Board earlier this year.
Dr. Cellucci is an accomplished serial entrepreneur, seasoned senior executive and Board member possessing extensive corporate, Venture Capital and Private Equity experience. His strengths include advanced strategic planning, market research, business intelligence and innovative public-private partnerships.
