Adex Mining Announces Amendment to Exercise Price of Stock Options

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/20/14 -- Adex Mining Inc. ("Adex" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ADE) announces that it has amended the exercise price of all of the currently issued and outstanding options (the "Options") to acquire an aggregate of 9,720,000 common shares of Adex ("Common Shares") to $0.05 per Option (the "Amended Exercise Price") subject to (i) receiving disinterested shareholder approval for the Amended Exercise Price, (ii) receiving shareholder approval to amend the stock option plan of the Company to, among other things, permit the minimum exercise price of $0.05, and (iii) receiving approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Of the 9,720,000 Options outstanding, 8,250,000 of such Options have been granted to current executive officers and directors of the Company.
